By using my materials found in my graphics community (@proverbially) - be it icons or codes or personally created resources such as screencaps and PSDs - you are agreeing to the following terms:
TERMS OF SERVICE.
➡ You agree to credit me for my work appropriately, whether through the built-in credit link in my codes or the comment section of icons for use of my icons. Do not claim any creation found in my community as your own,
➡ You agree to not redistribute my icons on sites like FanPop, fan sites for actors or actresses or shows, or any galleries.
➡ You agree to not redistribute my codes in part or in whole with the intentions to make monetary gain from such actions.
➡ You agree to not modify or change my icons' design as they are not bases to be edited or altered in any shape or form. This includes changing the appearance of the individual in the icon or changing the design of the icon.
➡ You agree to not use my work in conjunction with accounts - both user accounts and community accounts - wherein hate speech towards any group or minority is contained. Please note that this does not encompass fictional portrayals in writing, as this is a site predominantly used for fictional writing, and pertains specifically to hate speech when presented as the user's own point of view.
NOTES.
➡ Willful/intentional disregard of these terms of services will result in you being banned from using my creations in this community for life.
➡ Not only that but willful/intentional disregard for a ban and continuing your actions - especially actions that break my terms of service - will violate the terms of service Dreamwidth had set up. I will report you for your actions.
